PHNCI is excited to partner with the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) on the upcoming Open Forum for Quality Improvement and Innovation Conference taking place in March 2018 in Louisville, KY.

The Community of Practice for Public Health Improvement has been evolving and will now incorporate innovation more formally in the content to become the Community of Practice for Public Health Improvement and Innovation (COPPHII). The Open Forum for Quality Improvement (QI) and Innovation Conference is a place where you can learn all about the most interesting and emerging content from your peers. Moving forward, the Open Forum Conference will offer two learning tracks: 1) QI and Accreditation Readiness; and 2) Innovation. The Innovation track will be based on the definition and characteristics of innovation in public health.

Who should attend the Open Forum Conference? Public health practitioners who work in performance improvement, accreditation readiness, or are focusing on innovation in their health departments or other organizations. The conference will still cover all things performance improvement (QI, workforce development, performance management, CHAs/CHIPs, strategic planning, accreditation readiness, and health equity just to name a few), and will be adding content to shape the new Innovation track. Pre-conference trainings will be available for both tracks.

Registration is now open here.
